Run with Me is about using your mind and body to push through your obstacles and about doing best in everything and about Sanya, a sprinter who used these methods to be as successful as she could. I like this book because it tells how you could use these methods in your life and teaches us to do our best and to push as hard as you can. Sanya talks about the steps to being the best you you can be. She was very successful in the 400-meter sprint, something that takes a lot energy and power. But overall you have to be able to push your body. I thinks this book teaches kid and adults a lot, especially kids who want to become athletes.
