Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Pop-Up Book

Rudolph the Re-Nosed Reindeer follows the story of the classic Christmas song. It is the story of a little reindeer who is born a bit different than everyone else, his nose glows bright red. The other reindeer make fun of Rudolph, so he decides to run away. He makes new friends with Hermey the elf, and a miner. They get chased by a snow monster, then end up on the Island of Misfit Toys. They meet all the toys that are not wanted because they are different. Rudolph has an idea, maybe Santa can help the lonely toys. But first he needs to find his way back to Santa.

Did you know that Rudolph turns fifty this year? Ruolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer was an instant hit in our home, mostly because my little sister is obsessed with everything Rudolph, all year long. We both really loved the pop up pages. The illustratrations looked the same as the movie and were very detailed. There was so much to look at on the pages. There are only twelve pages in this book and they have to tell a long story in a very short space, so the story is very brief and doesn’t go into much detail. I wish there was more detail in the writing.
