Row, Row, Row Your Boat
A cat and a dog were in a boat trying to see all the animals, but they wouldn’t. They would but they couldn’t. First they saw the mice. I like the mice; I like the little mouse that is covering its eyes because he is getting ready to dive into the water. I like the elephant and the tiger and the lion and all the animals too. They saw an elephant who was stomping – he was going Stomp! Stomp! Stomp! There was a monkey who was chattering, going, “Ooh, ooh, ahh, ahh!” and it was swinging from a vine. The crocodile went snap! And they saw a lion and a tiger and some doves too. At the end they found the mommy dog. They want the mommy – the cat doesn’t have any mommy so it wants to go with the mommy dog. The mommy tucked them up in bed to go to sleep.
I like these pictures so much. They are fun animals and I like my mama to read it to me and I like her to sing it to me. I like to make the animal sounds too.
