Rosie didn’t have any friends and one day she walked away from her village up to a hill. She sat underneath a big tree and she saw this “little bottom” hanging from a tree. That’s how she met Rasmus. Rasmus was sad because he didn’t have any friends and he really wanted to know how to fly. Rosie and Rasmus found each other, and they became friends. They did things together. They were reading Rasmus’s favorite book and Rosie said, “you will learn to fly one day”. She kept trying to help him fly and she never gave up. Eventually, Rasmus grew wings and he had to fly away and so Rosie and Rasmus had to say farewell. After a while, Rosie found another girl who didn’t have friends, so she became friends with her. I would recommend this book for people who don’t have any friends; they can learn how to say “hi” and do things together. I thought this book was cute, especially how Rosie and Rasmus became friends. I think the moral of the story is that even if you think that you’ll never make a friend, or if your friend goes away, you can always make a new friend. I thought it was pretty cool how Rosie and Rasmus never gave up trying to get a friend. I thought it was a really good book.
