Rocks Fall Everyone Dies
Rocks Fall, Everyone Dies is about a boy who can pull pieces of people’s minds out of themselves. His family does it every time a being, known as the cliff, gets a crack in it. They then send the things they steal to the cliff, and the crack is fixed. However, after Aspen’s cousin Heather mysteriously dies, Aspen has to help out with the ritual, in addition to dealing with finding out how Heather dies and friends dating. Eventually, Aspen discovers something that might change it all.
I disliked the book, because it had a lot of alcohol in it, and the main characters aren’t even old enough to drink. Also, the main character is not very mature for his age, and I also disliked that the character is not that nice with what they pull out of people’s heads. I did like that, at the end, the character gets more honest, but because it started at the beginning, it kind of spoiled it. I liked that there is magic involved, but I dislike that the magic is used for an evil purpose. I do not really like this book on the whole.
