Richard Scarry’s Best Little Golden Books Ever!

We rated this book:

The title says it all. This is a collection of books by Richard Scarry. There are nine all together. My favorites are The Animals of Farmer Jones, Chicken Little and Duck and His Friends. There are stories that boys might enjoy like Cars and Trucks and Richard Scarry classics like The Bunny Book.

I really like that there are so many books in one. I can read all nine without getting up for another book. I like that many of the stories have a moral to them like The Fox and the Crow. I also like that the pictures of the farm animals are so cute. I love the letter in the back from Richard Scarry’s son. He tells you about their life and how some of the stories came from their farm and their home. He also tells you how he inspired some of the stories his parents wrote. I think it is great that my mom read Richard Scarry books when she was a kid and now she is reading them to me and, of course, my twin sister. I would give this to my friends for their birthday for sure!
