Princess Wannabe

Do princesses like this book? I was a princess sometimes, so I think I am going to like this book. The story is about a girl named Fern who likes to read about princesses. She wants “to know what it is like to be a princess.” It is an exciting part when Fern goes to the next page and ends up inside the book! Fern meets a fairy godmother who tells her to go visit the castle. (It is just like from the movie Frozen when the princess named Anna wants to go visit the castle that her sister Elsa made!) Fern meets the Frog Prince and tells him to keep his yucky lips away from her. She also meets a wolf, a giant, and other fairy tale and nursery rhyme characters. She is trying to get to the castle. When Fern finds the princess, she is a girl reading books for story time. The illustrations look like drawings with bright colors. I like the wish the princess makes: “I would spend my whole day relaxing with friends and a good book.” That is what I like to do. Kids who like princesses and fairy tales will think this book is sweet.
