Pete the Cat and the Bedtime Blues

This is another great Pete the Cat story. Pete the Cat has a fun summer day playing at the beach with all his friends. That is what I like to do best in the summer too. When the sun starts to set, Pete and his friends decide they don’t want the fun to end so a sleepover would be great. But Pete’s friends have a hard time falling asleep. One friend after another keeps them all up. Pete has a brilliant idea to wind everyone down for the night. You will have to read the story to see what Pete does. I will give you a hint…it is what I do every night before bed too. I can’t go to sleep at night without this ritual at my house. The illustrations are always so vivid and colorful and keep my attention. I love to look at the pictures even when my mom is done reading the book. I loved this book and would recommend it to all my friends to read too. It made me want to have a sleepover with my friends. Summertime is the best and reading is great too!
