Peek-a-Boo Bunny
On the cover of this book I see a little bunny. I also see some flowers that look very colorful. I think this book will be about a little bunny who plays peek-a-boo. Bunny and all of his friends like to play the game called hide and seek. “Bunny jumping on the spot. Bunny coming, ready or not!” I like to play that game, too! I wanted to play hide and seek with my mommy when I was finished reading this book. I counted and my mommy would hide. I found her three times! Bunny’s friends are animals like a hare, a bear, an owl, and more. In the story, Bunny can’t find the friends and he’s really sad. But this book has a happy ending. The illustrations show lots of flowers. I like that. I noticed something special about the words in this story: the words rhyme! My favorite rhyme was “Bunny, Bunny, what to do? Bunny, Bunny…PEEK-A-BOO!” I think big and little kids will like this book because it is about playing a game.
