Parker Bell is an only child, her dad owns a bakery and her mom is a P.E. teacher. Parker has a really close friend named Cassie. One day a kid named Theo sat in Parkers and Cassie’s seat [the sixth seat on the left] and Parker was furious. Parker and Theo have a history, when they were in second grade they had to work together on a science experiment and Theo messed it all up. Later Cassie invited Theo to do the science triathlon with them and Parker was angry, she did not want Theo to steal Cassie. They practiced at Cassie’s house. The team made questions and when the first part came and they were awesome but the egg drop did not work that well and the animal presentation they landed in second place overall. Parker thought her friends were mad but they were not.

I thought the book was one of the best books I have read. The author made the characters very relatable. I also enjoyed reading some of the amazing science information that was in the book.
