Papillon is a floating cat. He has to go to the vet because he swallows his toy. He can’t float anymore, and he has the hiccups. He is sad at the vet’s office because he can’t float. Floating makes him special. He is jealous of the other cats. He starts crying, and crying makes him hiccup even more. He hiccups so much, he coughs up the toy he swallowed. Then he is happy and shows off his floating skills to the other cats. He learns to keep his mouth shut whenever he plays catch.

I love this one! It’s all so cute! I wish I had a cat like Papillon. He is really cute! This is a picture book. I love all the drawings. I like the emotions of all the characters. The author shows the characters’ expressions really well – especially on the cat and the squirrel. Kids of any age would like this book. It’s not that hard to read. Of course, I will read more Papillon books because they are cute, funny, and exciting.
