Otherwise Known as Possum is a book through the eyes of Possum (Liz Betty) and featuring a cast of deep characters. It has Possum, trying so hard to save Daddy, to remember the past and Momma, and to save him from Teacher’s (Miss. Arthington) “wicked” grasp. Jumper Justice is not always what he seems. June May Justice is Possum’s trusty sidekick. Mary Grace, is she really a bad person? Tully is paved with good intentions.

This story is cleverly told through deception, love, and empathy for others. It will give many a chance to look into the magnificent world Maria D. Laso has created. Another thing is the setting because many people sometimes love a book so much that they want to be in the character’s world, and the setting here helps do that. It’s like you’re already in it. It rains gloomily when Possum is sad, and the sun rejoices when Possum figures out that her dad didn’t betray her at all. This is a wonderful book, and I know that you will enjoy it with others.
