Ollie’s Odyssey
When Billie decides that Ollie is his favorite toy animal, these creatures called the Creeps want to capture him. Zozo, their master, once was a happy clown in a fair booth. He had a doll friend called Nina, but one day she got taken away, and that made him very sad. The girl who took her said that Nina would be the girl’s favorite, so now Zozo wants to capture all the favorite toys. So Ollie gets stolen away, but he is determined to find his way back to Billie. He finds a lot of friends and gets a lot of help, and sometimes it is scary, and the Creeps are always chasing him. Will Billie and Ollie ever be reunited?
I like this book because in the end everything works out and makes sense, and puts everything together. I really liked the characters, especially Ollie and Nina. Ollie was brave and smart and helpful. Billie is fun and nice and has a good spirit. The book is beautiful with really nice paper for the pages and beautiful pictures although some of them are creepy. This book is perfect for children who have adventures with their favorite stuffed animal toys.
