Oliver and his Egg
Oliver is a little boy, a human. He finds a rock, but he thinks it is an egg. He thinks it is his friend. He thinks it is a different dinosaur that will be his friend. It has big orange spots and can be lots of things. He thinks he will feed it donuts, and it will get big enough for him to stand on. Then he thinks it will be a pirate ship and they will go to an island where they can roast marshmallows. And then they go to the moon. But then his other friends call to him. They find their own rocks. So they all have adventures on their rocks.
My favorite part is the part where he is a pirate. I like his hat. I would like to have a dinosaur friend like that because I would like to have adventures with it. I would say something and it would happen right there, and I could sail away. I like to look at this book about Oliver and his friend.
