Nuts to You

Nuts to You is a wonderful adventure story about three squirrels that are best friends. Oene of the squirrels gets lost and his friends go looking for him. The squirrels have an amazing adventure of going practically to the end of the world to save their friend! And of course, they run into danger. Real, edge of your seat, danger! Some of the other squirrels were so funny, too. The things they say and do was nice to balance the dangerous situations. The ending so was touching and sends a beautiful message.

This was such an amazing story! I loved the author’s notes she added because they were funny. She really captured squirrels’ behaviors in such a fun way, too. I was surprised about how this squirrel story was such page turner! Besides the adventures, the message of the story is an important one. Friendship, loyalty, and conservation were nicely shown throughout the story. I think animal lovers would like Nuts to You the most, but the humor and adventure will appeal to lots of kids as well. I bet even parents will enjoy reading this with their kids!
