Nobody’s Duck

I reviewed Nobody’s Duck by Mary Sullivan. I liked how it was really funny. I liked how they couldn’t decide who the duck belonged to until the end. I like the first part where the duck is sleeping at night on the alligator’s grass, and he is watching them out the window. I like how the characters talk. It’s funny when the duck looks through his bag and puts on his thinking hat with the lightbulb to think whose duck she is. They go on fun adventures and meet other animals, but alligator can’t figure out whose duck she is. They get stuck in a tree after skydiving, and duck decides that she is alligator’s duck and holds his hand. Alligator’s cheeks get red, and he realizes he likes to have duck around. They decide to stick together and make pancakes at the end. This book is really funny, and it shows that it doesn’t matter if you are the same or different, you can still have fun together.
