Ninja Timmy

Ninja Timmy by Henrik Tamm is about Timmy, who is a cat. Along with him are some friends like Simon the Mink, two pig brothers, and some other characters like a toymaker and another cat. When Flores, the other cat, is catnapped by a bunch of iguanas on motorcycles, Timmy and his friends have to find a way to rescue her.

This adventure fantasy is pretty interesting because it includes magic and elements that are fun. It’s not like any other book that I’ve read. The characters get developed along the way and even though they are almost all animals, it’s believable in a fun way. The illustrations are colorful and are a good addition to the book. There is also an ending that makes you want to read a next book if they write one.

This book would be good for boys and girls ages 8 to 11 who like to read about animals who act like humans.
