Monster Needs to Go to School (Monster & Me)

This story is about a monster that goes to school, just like I do. It is funny that the monster doesn’t fit into the school chairs because they are made for kids like me. Monster just like me is looking forward to making new friends at school. I love how the words in this book rhyme, I like to have my mom read this book over and over and then I can read along with her. I love the pictures in the monster and me series. They are super colorful and exciting. I have a few of the other monster and me books and its fun because there is always something that I learn from these books.

In this book the monster has to deal with his friends being a bully. Sometimes I see my friends being bullies too. I have learned like monster how to deal with the bullies. Its more fun when we all get along and that is what monster learns too. I took this book to school to have my teacher read it to the class, everyone loved it. I would tell everyone to read this book, it’s one of my favorites.
