Mindy Kim and the Yummy Seaweed Business (1)

Mindy Kim and the Yummy Seaweed Business is a great book, and I enjoyed it. The book was about Mindy Kim and how she wanted friends after moving to America from Korea She did that by trading her seaweed snacks for American snacks, and that escalates into selling a pack for a dollar. I agree with Mindy because Sally actually did give her the idea and made her do it. I think she got in trouble because of Sally, but I also see the story from Sally’s side as well. It wasn’t fair that Mindy and Sally got in trouble but the kids who bought them didn’t. And she had to give the kids their money back but they got to keep the snacks! I liked the pictures and the plot. Mindy is a cute, funny character that probably took a lot of imagination and thought to create.
