Mindful Bea and the Worry Tree
Today is Bea’s birthday party and she is worried about a million thingsL cake, balloons, games, and mean friends. How will she ever relax and just enjoy her party? I guess things like this have happened before because her mom thinks it’s normal for Bea. Bea goes outside and sits down and spends lots of time breathing, and that somehow helps her feel better. I think this book is a little confusing. I don’t know why there’s a tree growing in her house, and I don’t know why she is so worried about everything. But I’m glad she feels better in the end. I like the pictures too. They’re pretty and very green.
