Mars Evacuees
Alice Dare, daughter of a famous Morror killer, is going to Mars for the next four years to train to be in the war. While she’s there, her friend’s little brother gets lost and finds an armor-plated worm. Soon, though they don’t realize it, all the adults start leaving. One day, they are all gone. Soon, the strongest bullies start to take over the base, but Alice and her friends decide to evacuate. They want to find a tower that is far away, where they hope to find all the adults, but they have to protect themselves from Space Locusts, they risk running out of oxygen, and they also encounter a crashed Morror ship, which makes them question the war they have been preparing to fight.
This book had a lot of exciting events, one leading to another, and the excitement never ended. Alice was headstrong and a good leader for her group, and found a good way to solve her problems. However, there was a lot of swearing in this book, which I really disagree with; it was completely unnecessary. But it had a good message, that even enemies can become your friends if you just find a way.
