Magic Pickle and the Roots of Doom: A Graphic Novel

What is that in the air? A bird, a plane, Superman, or a flying pickle? I don’t know how you feel about square roots but I like that there is someone out there like magic pickle trying to lessen the math bad guys. This book was especially funny. My favorite part is that magic pickle has his candy friends join in the battle against square root.

This is a series that is new to me and appears that they can be read in any order. The concept of this book with the magic pickle, candies, roots, and other creatures is hilarious. I bet the full-color illustrations are even better than the black and white. I will definitely be checking out more books in this series. I think this is a great series for other graphic novel lovers!
