Madeleine Goes to the Moon

Madeleine is the main character. She imagines herself exploring other places. She pretends the things in her room are in the place that she is exploring. In this book, she goes to the moon! She made herself a rocket with boxes and she sees aliens waving to her on the moon that are her dolls! After she imagines herself exploring all the exciting things on the moon, she gets back on her rocket and goes home. Then her mom calls her to clean up her room, but she is not going to, because she has to go on her next adventure!

I loved this book, because it is fun to imagine things! When Madeleine was going to the moon, I was imagining myself going to the moon, too, and I pretended to take my baby cousin! I would recommend this book to my sister and all my friends, because it is fun and adventurous. I think kids will really like this book, because kids really like to imagine going places that they cannot usually go.
