Little Penguin Gets the Hiccups

In Little Penguin Has the Hiccups, Little Penguin has a problem. He has the hiccups after eating something spicy. The hiccups will not go away. His friends told him to try lots of things, like drinking water backward while upside down. Nothing works. Little Penguin still has the hiccups. He wants your help to scare him, and make his hiccups go away. He doesn’t like to be scared. He wants you to say, “BOO!” to scare him. Little Penguins tries to be brave. Then, an orca comes up to Little Penguin. You will have to read the book to find out what happens next.

I like all of the details in this book. The illustrations are beautiful. I think young kids would like this book because there are not too many words on each page. If kids like penguins, this would be a good book for them. It is a fun book to read, and I learned to never, ever feed penguins something spicy.
