Lifesize: Ocean
I think Lifesize Ocean is a fantastic book. It is really cool because it has realistic pictures and descriptions. It tells you about the food chain and shows you about the different animals. One of the things it shows you are little seahorses disguised as coral. Each page shows a different animal, from little copepods to hammerhead sharks, octopus, and other sea animals.
My favorite part of the book is the page with the blue-ringed octopuses. I like this page because I like octopuses, squids, and coral. The page shows lots of yellow coral and other color coral and the little blue circle octopuses that are deadly. And it tells you that you can die in just a minute if you touch one of the ringed octopuses. Its really cool to know that.
I would say that kids my age would really like it. And kids seven to nine years old. Little kids would like the pictures because it is really cool and it can teach them about the ocean. I learned that people are trying to save the ocean by doing less fishing and using less oil. If you find a creature hurt, try to help it.
