Life of Zarf: The Trouble with Weasels
Zarf is a troll, the troll with Billy Goats Gruff. He is nice. His friends are a pig (Kevin) and a jester (Chester). They are kids that people pick on. Roquefort is a prince. Zarf says he’s a jerk-face person (maybe because he once called Zarf “Stink Dragons”). The princess and princes are at the top of the ladder of popularity. Guess where the trolls are. Roquefort challenges Zarf to a joust on giant frogs with Nerf sticks. But there is some cheating. Roquefort has a hard stick, and Zarf doesn’t. Roquefort puts Zarf in prison. John, someone with chains, is a prisoner with Zarf. Zarf gets a key inside a cookie from the lunch lady, Goldie Locks. He meets up with his friends, and they go back to the tree house. Then they go off to fight the Snuffweasels who have the king. Will they win? Read the book to find out. (I like the ending.) This book is very funny! People who like trolls and stuff will like this book. There is just the right amount of pictures. My daddy read this book to me. I might be able to read it myself, but reading it with the entire family would be the best.
