Legend of the NeverBeast Read-Along Storybook & CD

When an ancient green comet comes over Pixie Hollow, it wakes up the Never Beast. The ancient fairy lore says that the Never Beast can use lighting to destroy Pixie Hollow. When the animal-talent fairy, Fawn, discovers the Never Beast, she uses her animal talents to learn that the Never Beast is gentle. However, Nyx, the leader of the scout talent fairies, was determined to protect Pixie Hollow from the Never Beast.
When a storm arrives at Pixie Hollow, Fawn, and her fairy friends work together to keep both Pixie Hollow and the Never Beast safe. The Never Beast shows true friendship and protects Pixie Hollow from terrible lighting. This book might be a little scary for very young kids because the Never Beast looks really scary (even though he is gentle and kind), and there is a big storm. Older kids will like this because there are really good characters and an interesting setting and story. I liked this book and it was fun to listen to the voices and sounds on the CD. There are some good lessons in this book. The fairies learn to trust each other’s talents and work together with the Neverbeast to fix their home after the storm. The fairies also learn that it is good to get to know someone before you decide if they are a good friend or not.
