Kingfisher Readers L1: Animal Colors (Kingfisher Readers. Level 1)

This is a non-fiction book about animal colors. It is a level one book and was easy for me to read. I think this is my favorite book about animals because it has neat photographs, and was fun for me to read.

First the book has pictures of animals of different colors. I like the blue starfish! Next it has pictures of animals with more than one color. Then it shows pictures of animals with camouflage colors, and animals with colors that change. I would like to see an animal’s colors change sometime. There is a glossary at the end of the book to read the definition of a few words. This book is perfect for someone that can read at my level. It is not too long, so you can read the whole book! I think kids that can’t read would still like to look at the photographs because they are so colorful! I would like to read more of these Kingfisher Readers!
