Kat Writes a Song

Kat Writes A Story by Greg Foley is a picture book about a cute kitty named Kat. Kat is lonely and sad, so she writes a song. The song helps all of kitty’s friends. My favorite part of the book was when Kat thought her friends didn’t hear her song, but they did hear it. The little Birdie made Kat feel better by calling everyone to sing. The book was good, and I liked the story. I liked how happy the story is. I liked the illustrations because they’re very cute and colorful. All the characters were cute, especially the Bunny and the little Birdie. I like how Kat is spelled with the letter “K” instead of “C.” Read the book to find out Kat’s special song.
