I Wanna Be A Great Big Dinosaur!

This story is about a little boy who wants to be a dinosaur more than anything in the world. He is super excited when a dinosaur teaches him all the things that dinosaurs do. This story is a lot of fun to read because the pictures are so detailed and help you imagine what it would be like to have a dinosaur as a friend. I thought the part where they play video games was funny because, of course, dinosaurs would love to play video games. Who doesn’t? I also liked the part where they play soccer because he makes a silly face and says he isn’t very good with his arms so he thinks he wouldn’t be good at soccer. I love the picture of when the dinosaur roars really loudly. The expression on the little boy’s face was hilarious. I love how the author makes certain words bigger to show how loud to read them. I try to read those words while my mom reads the rest of the story. I would tell all my friends to read this book. I am bringing it to school for my teacher to read to my preschool class.
