This book was about things Mila does during the day with her family and friends like eating breakfast, going to school and going to the movies. I liked when she saw the peacocks because I like peacocks. I liked when she went to school because I like learning at school. I liked when she did her homework because sometimes I like homework. My most favorite part of the book was when she was in the tuk-tuk because I liked riding in one when I went to India.

My favorite character was the girl named Mila. Mila has a lot of friends, likes mango lassi and even saw a camel train in Shekawati. This book was written in Hindi and English. My grandfather and my dad read the Hindi parts to me. I enjoyed that. There is information about India in the back of the book. I learned that there are many religions in India and why Jaipur is called the Pink City. I think children of all ages would enjoy this book. I am going to take this book to my Hindi teacher to read aloud to our class.
