In I Don’t Want To Be a Frog, I like when the frog says that he wants to be all these different animals. He would rather be a rabbit, a pig, a cat, and an owl than a frog. The frog does not want to be a frog! He thinks frogs are wet, slimy, and they have to eat bugs. I do not think bugs would be very tasty.

When Frog points to an animal he would like to be, his father tells him he can’t be another animal. “Besides, what’s wrong with being a frog?” asks his father. It makes me laugh!

My favorite part of the book is when the wolf says, “I love eating Cats. I love eating Rabbits, and Pigs, and Owls, too. And I am pretty hungry. I might just go gobble some up right now.” Frog looks so scared! It is a very good thing that Wolf does not eat frogs!

The pictures in this book are so funny! I love the expressions on the animals’ faces. You should read this book!
