I Don’t Know What to Call My Cat

I Don’t Know What to Call My Cat is a book about a girl, a cat, and a gorilla. The girl finds a cat on her doorstep and is so happy to have a new pet, but she has no idea what to name it. She tries out lots of different names but each time is really unhappy with the names she picks. She tries a lot of girl names, but finds out it is really a boy cat! She keeps trying a lot of names, but the cat is so unhappy that it finally runs away. It is funny when the girl goes to find her cat and a naughty gorilla follows her home instead! Finally the gorilla police come and take him away and her cat comes back! He has a collar that makes it really easy for her to know his name. The pictures are funny to look at. I especially like the ones where the girl is with the gorilla but the cat is always watching them. I really liked this book and think lots of kids should read it.
