This book from Lonely Planet Kids is called How to Be a Space Explorer: Your Out-of-This-World Adventure. It told me about what I could see and do on other planets and all over outer space. This book gives information about planets, moons, space rocks, astronaut training, types of stars, and lots more. I liked that this book has pictures and also cartoon illustrations. Did you know that the deepest spot in the ocean is almost seven miles down? That was a surprising fact to learn! I also thought this was cool: “In space, your senses tell you that things are very different, especially when gravity is dramatically reduced.” My favorite part in this book was reading about the Vomit comet. I like reading about funny things that rhyme! I think that this is a good book for ten to twelve year old kids who like learning about space and science. I enjoyed reading all of the interesting facts about space. “Fasten your seatbelts, astronaut trainees, as we take you on the trip of a lifetime.”
