Gran on a Fan: Silly Short Vowels

First, Gran is on a can and this confetti came out. Then Gran is on a fan. Then Gran is going to the beach, and she’s on top of her car – it’s a van. And she is getting tan in the sun. Then a cat gets patted by Gran, and a person named Matt squeezes the cat’s tail, and that makes it sad, and then it jumps on top of Matt’s head and says, “Take that, Matt!” Then there’s a story where three animals, three pets, splash down in the water in clouds. Then their airplanes get crashed in the water. There is also a story about a girl that fell into a well, and a monkey that got into a bed, and a king, and the last story is about some robbers that got caught and they were sad because they didn’t get their dolls and candy.

I like the silly stories and the silly pictures. There are mermaids and a crashed pirate ship in one story and lots of other things. There are lots of words in this book I can read by myself and lots of the words rhyme with each other.
