This book is called Grace and it is about a little girl who likes dancing, just like me! I dance a lot with my ballet teacher and also my tap dance teacher. Inside the book, the reader can see illustrations of the five positions of ballet. In the story, Grace tries and tries to dance. She falls down! She keeps trying but it looks like she is pushing the air. Her face looks scared! It was just like when I fell down. Grace feels so sad that she is not good at dancing, but she feels better when she draws a lot of pictures. “Grace made many pictures. Then she had an idea.” I like the illustrations in this book because they help to tell the story. I think that the illustrations look like oil pastels. There are not a lot of words in this book, so it would be good for kids who are beginning to read. Grace is also a good book for children who like dancing. What does Grace decide to do? Read this book to find out!
