Goodnight Football

I love to watch my brothers play football and I can’t wait till the day I can play football too. I like my mom to read this book to me before I go to bed. It kind of reminds me of Goodnight Moon. That’s the one my mom read to me when I was a baby. Now that I’m a big boy we like to read Goodnight Football. I love that the book has lots of rhymes; we are learning about rhyming words at school. My mom sometimes reads the one word and I get to guess what the rhyming word is that goes with it. My favorite part is when the quarterback throws the ball through the air and it’s a great throw. It reminds me of when I watch my brothers catch the balls that are thrown through the air and then get touchdowns. I also like how the little boy sleeps with his football at night; I like to do that too sometimes. If you like football, I think you would love this book. It would make a great Christmas present to any football fan.
