Goldie Blox Rules the School!

Goldie Blox Rules the School is an awesome book about a girl named Goldie who wants to reopen her school because when she sent a rocket to space, she accidentally sent the second floor of her school, too, which made the mayor to close the school. I really like this book because Goldie is pretty hilarious, like when her dad says, “When life closes a door what do we do?” and Goldie says, “Blast a hole in the roof!” And then another one is when Goldie is sliding her hand over her school’s mascot, hoping for a secret button that when pressed will turn the mascot into a TOASTER OVEN!! And then Goldie hacks into her friend’s coding program so that “My Name Is Goldie” comes out as “I Mean Smiley Dog,” and then “This Is My Favorite Class” becomes as “So I Save Slim Itchy Farts,” and “Higgs Bozon Prep Is Great” becomes “Bizarre Nights Poop Eggs.” Because this book was a chapter book it didn’t have many pictures, but when you got to the pictures they were so CUTE!!! My favorite part was when Goldie decided to stay at Higgs Bozon Prep (aka HiBo). This book is great for people who like engineering, inventing, and waffles! This book is great for third- through fifth-graders. So, engineers, inventors, and waffle-lovers, what are you waiting for? Go ahead and read this book!
