It tells you about the jam sessions held in the park and that the Golden Gate Park Band has played there since 1882! The book is full of history about artists, facts about the community nature, and so much more! The book is aligned with beautiful and vivid artwork which makes the scenes come alive!

I was quite surprised by how much I enjoyed this little picture book. Reading all these fun, little facts made me pretty curious about the place and I hope I get to visit it for real one day! I recommend this book for kids ages six and up!
