Free Kid to Good Home

Free Kid to Good Home is about a little girl whose mommy is pregnant with a baby brother, and her mom only cares about the baby brother. The girl is jealous and decides to get a new home. She comes across a dog, cat, and turtle who also needed help finding a new family.

This book is great for kids ages four to eight who are going to have a new baby sibling. It is a book that teaches children that they can be grateful to have a new family member. It kept my attention, and I wanted to see what the little girl was going to do next.

The illustrations were good and fit with the story; they weren’t random drawings. I really liked how the dog, cat, and turtle talked about wanting a new home and described the home they each wanted.

I learned that having a baby sibling will probably end up being lots of fun, even though at first you may think it will not be. I really loved this book and even read it multiple times!!
