There was this frog that was a weather forecaster. His school mates came over to the weather station and he was excited to show everyone around. But the problem was that there was a big blizzard heading up. Freddy was worried that his friends weren’t prepared for it. So he made two blizzard kits, one for himself and one for his friend. He gave one blizzard kit to his mother, and put one in the van of his friend Polly. So then the frog named Freddy the Frogcaster went home and the blizzard hit and the lights went out, but Freddy was okay because he had a blizzard kit.

I like how the pictures were drawn and colored and how the book goes. I like the story. I like Freddy’s face when he’s scared; it’s really funny. The book is really colorful and I like that the book teaches me how to be prepared for a blizzard. I have gotten one before. And I like how it says, “And he happily ran up the hill, shouting, ‘snow day!’” I like how Freddy took care of his responsibilities first, and made sure his friend was safe, and then he had fun.
