Explorers of the Wild
There is a boy, and there is a bear. They each love exploring. The boy has a flashlight, and the bear has fireflies. The boy has a satchel; the bear has a bag made of leaves and a vine. The boy has candy for his food and the bear has berries and nuts. So they both start going and they get scared. The boy and the bear start running and running and running then skid to a stop because they see each other. But then they stop being afraid, and then they become friends. The boy and the bear go off exploring together. They find things to see, smell, hear, and even taste—well, sort of!
This book is fun because I like how the boy and the bear were scared at first, but then they stopped being scared because they realized they both loved to explore and they had that in common. It was really fun when they got together to be friends. This book was told in a different and fun way, because the pages show the boy doing something, then the bear, but all the words are like they are said by both of them.
