Everything’s Better with a Beard

I loved this book! It is about some men who have beards. A little boy walks up and tells them they should cut off their beards because it covers up their favorite shirt. They say, “Have you lost your head? Beards are great!” On this page, they show pictures of the authors with pictures of them as babies or kids. That is my favorite page. The rest of the book is why they think beards are great. They keep you from getting sunburned and great men had beards. I don’t think Si fits in with great men like Santa and Moses, by the way. The dogs do look great with beards though. Then they talk about putting beards on trucks and famous art. They say that the earth would be better with a beard but I think that would make the sea fuzzy! Then Miss Kay, the mom, says it would be really weird for a beard to have a beard! Another of my favorite pictures is the baby with a beard. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes beards or silliness! I, however, am glad I am a girl because I do not want a beard!
