Dungeon Runners: Hero Trial (Dungeon Runners, 1)

Kit not your average gnome. He is also part dwarf, so he is very small. Kit is sometime teased for being so small, but he still wants to explore dungeons with the best of them. He and his friends take off on a fun adventure where they have to battle their way out and use their brains. On the way, the friends find out how to be brave and to be true friends and they find some pretty cool loot.

This is a super fun book. I love the cool illustrations throughout. I really like the detail of the dungeons. I think this would’ve been even better in color illustrations. My favorite part was the monsters. I can’t wait to see the next book in this series.
