Dumbo Live Action Picture Book

Dumbo is a little elephant who is born at a circus, and he has two big ears. I wonder if he is allergic to feathers because when he sniffs a feather, he sneezes. When the circus tries to hide his big ears in a baby hat, he sniffs a feather and sneezes. That makes his hat fall off, and his big ears show. People start laughing at Dumbo, and when Dumbo’s mama comes to see if he is okay, people are scared of her. The circus sends Dumbo’s mama away, and Dumbo is sad. Two little kids bring Dumbo peanuts and a feather to make him feel better. When Dumbo sneezes, he begins to fly. Dumbo is the star of the circus, and the kids promise Dumbo that they will get his mama back. They all move to New York, to a bigger circus. Will Dumbo ever find his mama?

Dumbo Live Action Picture Book is based on the new movie. I loved seeing Dumbo the movie with family, and this book is a little bit different than the movie. I loved the illustrations. They are very colorful, with a lot of details. I like how his cart says “Dear Baby Jumbo,” but when he sneezes, a letter falls off and it says “Baby Dumbo.” I would recommend Dumbo Live Action Picture Book to little kids who like to read. This book is easy to read and you can even tell the story just by looking at the pictures.
