Duck & Goose Go to the Beach

This book is a series of “Duck and Goose” books. I have many of the “Duck and Goose” books, but the ones I have are all board books. This book came at a perfect time because I am ready to go on an adventure to the beach. Duck decides he wants to go on an adventure, but Goose doesn’t want to go; he wonders why anyone would want to leave the meadow. They set off walking and go through the meadow, past the gurgling stream, and float down the stream, past rocks and trees they have never seen before. They finally come to the beach. Goose loves the ocean and the beach but Duck isn’t too sure. I like this book because it is about trying new things and discovering that you might like something that you didn’t think you would like. I like to be a risk taker and try new things all the time. Last night at dinner I tried lobster and I liked it. I really loved all the pictures in this book too!
