Droid Tales (LEGO Star Wars: Episodes I-III)
This book is actually illustrated with Legos. In this book, there are several “droid tales.” Some of the main characters in this book are Yoda, Anakin Skywalker, and some kinds of Ewoks, to name a few. These good guy characters fight against characters who are part of the Evil Empire (such as Darth Sidious, Darth Maul, and Darth Vader).
What I really liked about this book is that there were a lot of humorous lines that were part of the dialogue, because the book is kind of a comic. For example, one line that I liked was “You are See-Threepio…best name ever!” One thing about the book that I didn’t like was the fact that, with so many different characters, it wasn’t always easy to follow the plot. One line from the book that my daddy really liked was “I find your lack of white bread disturbing.” Another line that I really liked was “Yub nub! Eee chop yub nub!”
I think kids who like Star Wars and who like Legos would enjoy this book.
