Drew the Screw
This book is about Drew, a little screw, who lives in a garage. He has lots of tool friends like a drill, a tape measure, and a hammer. They like showing what they can do. The tools ask Drew what he does. He doesn’t have an answer until, one day, a little boy comes for him and brings him up to a tree house. Now his new job is to hold the “Home Sweet Home” sign up on the front.
I love this book because it has great illustrations which are very colorful and detailed. I like looking at the tools because they all have eyes and mouths. Drew is adorable and the tree house looks awesome. This book is great for learning about what tools do and I like looking at all of the tools doing their jobs. This is great for kids of all ages, especially ones that love building. And my little sister loves it, too. It doesn’t have a lot of words and none of them are very complicated, so it’s good for beginning readers. If you like tools, I’m sure you’ll like this book!
