DreamWorks Classics Vol 1

This book is a lot of funny comic strips called “Hide And Seek.” The main characters are from Shrek and Madagascar, of course. They include Fiona (a princess), Shrek (an ogre), Puss ‘n’ Boots (of Puss ‘n’ Boots, of course!), Alex (a lion), and Gloria (a hippo). The book looks just like comic strips with picture panels and word bubbles. There are actually 6 stories in this book! They are called Donkey Day Care, Fairy Berry Fever, Cottage Industry, A Peaceful Night’s Sleep, Hide And Seek,and House Hassles.

I loved these stories because they are comics and they are funny stories. I really didn’t like the “ba dom dom dom” in A Peaceful Night’s Sleep because it seemed kind of scary to me! I would give this book of stories 4 stars because it was good, but not great. A quote from the book I liked was “it’s not just a party – it’s a par-tay!” I think that girls or boys who liked the Shrek and Madagascar movies would want to read this book.
