Did you hear? That I love this book. I like the illustrations that have both colorful drawings and sketches. I like the drawings of puppies. The story talks about gossiping and how it can end up hurting someone and spread things that might not be true. Sometimes people gossip and don’t even realize that they are doing it. They don’t mean to hurt anyone, but it does. Passing notes and telling secrets is gossiping, too. My favorite part is when they are gossiping on the bus. It was kind of like the gossip game that we play for fun at home by whispering in someone’s ear to see if we all hear the same thing, and we never do! It shows you how one person can hear something wrong and spread something untrue that hurts someone in the end. It is a good book that talks about how important it is not to talk about other people. I really liked it.
